Samsung’s July Galaxy Unpacked event takes place today in Paris, France at 9 a.m. ET / 6 a.m. PT, where the company is expected to unveil the Galaxy Ring in full, revealing pricing, when it’s available and what it can do. That’s alongside a barrage of other heavily rumored products, like new AirPods-like Galaxy Buds, a beefy Galaxy Watch Ultra and a redesigned Galaxy Z Fold 6 with squared-off corners and much brighter displays.
The Galaxy Ring is the big one — Samsung’s entry into the smart ring space marks the first serious smart ring from one of the major phone and smartwatch makers. The ring will go head-to-head with an already established but still fairly niche market occupied by the Oura Ring, Evie and Ultrahuman.
The company is also expected to unveil a new Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Watch 7. We can also likely expect plenty of Galaxy AI talk and the usual litany of promotional pre-order incentives the company likes to dole out for its Unpacked events.
