Sources – Nuggets agree 2-year, $10.6M deal with Dario Saric

Free agent forward Dario Saric has signed a two-year, $10.6 million contract with the Denver Nuggets that includes a player option, sources told ESPN on Saturday.

Saric comes to the Nuggets with the chance to play a key role alongside and behind three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic. Nuggets general manager Calvin Booth wanted to bolster Saric with his versatility, experience and superior basketball IQ.

Saric averaged 8.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists last season for the Golden State Warriors. He also had stops with Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Minnesota and Philadelphia. He missed the entire 2021-22 season while rehabbing a torn ACL.

Saric has averaged 10.6 points and 5.4 rebounds in his career.
